Every remanufactured transmission starts as an incoming core, and stage 1 is where quality is decided before a single tool is picked up. All incoming cores are strictly inspected for housing cracks, structural damage and internal failure before production begins — a core that fails intake inspection does not enter the line.
Qualified units are then completely disassembled piece by piece. Every mechanical component is sorted, recorded and cataloged, so the rebuild that follows works from verified parts — and so your unit keeps a full traceability record from core to finished assembly.
Rebuilding on an unverified core means inheriting someone else's failure. Intake screening and full cataloging are what make the later stages meaningful — and what let us answer any post-shipment question with records, not guesses.
